This policy explains how Tarcer LLC ("Tarcer", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through tarcer.com (the "site").
Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us and the technical data needed to run and protect the site.
- Contact form: your name, email address, organization (if you add it) and the text of your message.
- Bot protection: when you use the form, Cloudflare Turnstile processes signals such as your IP address and browser and device characteristics to tell people from automated traffic.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses, request details and similar data to deliver pages and defend against attacks.
The site has no user accounts, advertising or analytics tools, and we do not set cookies.
How we use it
- To read and answer your message and to discuss any work that follows.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse of the form.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers
These companies help us operate the site, and each receives only the data its task requires:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, security and bot protection. Turnstile processing is described in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Telegram: an internal messaging channel where our team receives form messages.
- Google LLC: our business email service (Google Workspace), which we use to reply to you.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
How long we keep it
Form messages stay with us for as long as we need them to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and longer only where the law requires. Our providers keep technical data according to their own retention schedules.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Send the request with the form on our home page and start the message with the word "Privacy". We confirm requests by replying to the address you used and respond within 30 days.
Do Not Track and similar signals
The site does not follow visitors over time or across other websites, so it behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Apart from the bot protection described above, no third party collects information about your online activity through this site.
Children
The site is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Visitors outside the United States
Tarcer LLC is a United States company. Information you send is processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate. If the law where you live gives you rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, you can use them as described under "Your choices". We process form messages because you asked us to respond and because we have a legitimate interest in doing so. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, the form is screened for automated abuse, and access to messages is limited to the people who handle them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, a notice will appear at the top of this page.
